Suit District Direct is a finished, live-selling storefront with one shelf left deliberately empty: inventory. We built the store first — brand, site, search engine plan, party-ordering tools, a fitting assistant — because we wanted the first warehouse we approached to see a business, not a pitch deck. Naturally, we thought of the district's best shelves first.
An order lands in your inbox with sizes confirmed. Your crew pulls it like any wholesale order, packs it, and hands it to the carrier. That's the entire job. No photography sessions, no listing writing, no customer emails, no returns desk, no chargeback fights.
We photograph and list the inventory, write and rank the pages, run the wedding-party engine, answer sizing questions through our fitting assistant and by phone, service every customer, absorb the returns process, and carry the brand. Your name stays off the storefront — our brand fronts, your warehouse fulfills. The same arrangement our family runs in the flower and fabric districts.
Every partner sees the same numbers we do — units, revenue, returns, best movers — on a live sales dashboard. When a colorway wakes up, you'll see it the morning we do, and you can feed the shelf before it sells out.
The lines your boutiques passed on aren't worthless — they're mispriced for the wrong customer. Our wedding parties buy matched sets in volume and care about color and fit, not season. Inventory that costs you rent today becomes a monthly check at direct prices your retail accounts never see — because the stock we move first is the stock they declined.
The first warehouse on the shelf is the Founding Partner: first position in every collection, first call on every party order, and your lines define what "the collection" means while the store finds its audience.
For twelve months from signing, the shelf is yours alone in your categories — we will not list a competing distributor's suits alongside yours. If the channel proves itself, we renew the conversation with the numbers on the table. If it doesn't, you've risked nothing but shelf space you already had.
No build fee for the store — it's built. No listing fees, no marketing retainer, no inventory moved until it sells. The split is agreed in writing before the first listing goes live: paid placement terms or a percentage of online sales — your choice of shape, our choice to make it worth renewing. If it ever stops making sense, the shelf empties and the store turns to the next warehouse. We'd rather it never does.
